"Thankfully, everything changed when we went up to the Aviator Bar. From the moment we walked in, Perla welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt valued. She truly treated us like royalty! We also had the pleasure of meeting Deon and Ken, These two were amazing as well. Ken was so outgoing and great to talk to, you can catch him on the YouTube video for this hotel that talks about it. That’s how we knew him when we saw him. Deon was just full of absolute energy and a positive attitude that was amazing. He gave us some many places to check out during our stay and shared many spots that we went to see that were amazing. The rest of the crew, let me just tell you that the personable conversations were so amazing with the crew, from Emily, Audrey, Skylar, Carlos and Isabella. I thank all of these individuals for sharing all of there stories and family stories and history with us.
The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, Tuna nachos and sushi amazing and the atmosphere was second to none. The conversations, hospitality, and genuine care from the staff completely turned our experience around and made our stay memorable. It’s employees like Perla, Ken, Deon, and the entire Aviator Bar team who make guests want to come back.
