“We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn, convenient for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park and an easy walk to a number of restaurants downtown Alamosa. Cooked to order breakfast included was very good. Only downside was that mattress was not very comfortable (but that’s a personal preference). Staff was very friendly”

“The hotel is in a lovely position with great rooms. Pool and hot tub were good too. The only poor thing was the breakfast, too many sweet things, no toast or orange juice.”

Jeremy was the best mixologist and was full of interesting facts about the history of the property .Then dinner in the restaurant… delicious. Our server, Teddy, was the best. The rooms were fantastic! Every detail well thought out… even a steamer for your clothes! Can’t say enough good things about...

“Well maintained older motel. For the price it is well worth it. Breakfast was a weak average. Entrance C had a damaged and disabled card reader and the door was open at all times, which allowed any outside access directly to the rooms in the building. Needs fixed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was acceptable with a nice towels and shower.”
