"If you are booking this beautiful property ideally located in Manitou Springs, you know there is construction. The exterior is beautiful and the interior near the lobby is under construction. We were on the third floor, upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the construction did not bother us at all. The suite was beautifully appointed, with lovely amenities, including a heated bath towel bar. It also included a shower and a large bathtub. The restaurant on site served us a delicious breakfast and we paid a visit too the beautiful bar. Staff was great and we would return again if we were in the area."

"Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! There were several activities going on, including a fundraiser that was centered at the main lodge area, live music, and an organized bike ride Saturday morning. This meant there were quite a few cars and people milling around. If you want an isolated, never see people kind of a hotel, this probably isn't for you. We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, cute cabins/rooms, close to many cool places! It is an older facility that has been updated, so we had a small plumbing issue that was dealt with immediately and efficiently. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. It would be worth your time to go to the website and see what was happening during your stay if you don't like fun surprises :) Room was clean, I loved my soft bed. Breakfast was simple but the area was clean and staff responsive to keeping it stocked."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Chamonix! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and offers a great atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying again. The biggest areas for improvement would be staffing and the casino floor. There seemed to be a need for additional staff to keep things running smoothly, and we would have loved to see more gaming tables open and available. Having more options for table games would really enhance the overall casino experience. Chamonix has a lot to offer, and with a few improvements, it could be an even better destination. We look forward to visiting again!"

"We had a mobility accessible room and I would highly recommend this property. The room had a recliner which was lovely for someone who has difficulty sleeping in a bed. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped for mobility access. The room was clean and comfortable. Security is great too, doors dohave key cards , rather you get a security code to enter to unlock your door. Breakfast was OK, I would definitely stay again."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Outlook Lodge in Green Mountain Falls. The room was so quaint, cozy, and well-maintained—ideal for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind. One of the standout features for me was having access to the guest laundry facilities. Being able to wash a load of clothes during my trip was so convenient and made traveling light that much easier. The lodge has a charming, homey feel while providing modern comforts. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
