"Under renovation so things were a little hectic. Lobby was noisy and small. Dining room was actually the bar, being used until renovation is done. Food was excellent, and we enjoyed a classical guitarist for dinner. Water is wonderful. Great water pressure for showers. Parking is $20 per night, but you are within walking distance to everything. Free Metro Shuttle was easy to use."

"Jason, the morning breakfast maker, made us DELICIOUS breakfast every morning. The guy mowing the yard (didn't catch his name) turned us on to The Mad Hatter for pizza and wings. Great tip. Great food. Employee's and guests were wonderful and you get the sense you are comfortably 'at home', which I believe is the whole 'vibe' they are shooting for. Room was small, but it worked. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the INNHale property. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel was charming and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Checking in and staying at a hotel with no humans to answer questions was weird. No big problems but we would have appreciated more information about the restaurant and the TV. We did not find anyone to explain the times of the restaurant and there were few other choices. Victor is an interesting historical town and we wished the town had been cared for as well as the Victor Hotel has been. We'd stay there again if traveling anywhere nearby."

"Rooms were immaculate. Love the light make up mirror in the bathroom. Dim light in actual room. No one seems to have overhead lights anymore. Hard to see. Breakfast buffet was great but a little pricey but you're on vacation! There is a resort fee which is fine, but the parking fee got me. $30 a day, not necessary. Overall great place but read the small print no matter where you stay!"
