"Spacious rooms, a bit worn out, missing beach outside the hotel"

"Excellent location, right next to a mall and night market. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Chaweng beach is a 15 min walk. The only issue I had was the power would go off and then on. Even though it’s for a few seconds the issue is you have to reset everything. I was in building 3 so not sure if it only happened in this building. Either than that, no complaints "

"Nice central location to Chaweng beach & restaurants, shops, night market & spas. The professional staff was very welcoming & accommodating, especially when one person in our group fell ill. They delivered breakfast to her every morning. And speaking of breakfast, their morning buffet was the highlight, offering traditional Western & Asian fare that was so delicious !!"

"Rooms clean, sometimes they do miss out daily cleaning, staffs good, I had bad experience with the bar staff though ( I did reported it). Beach views are ok but don’t expect much in comparison with other resorts around, not many facilities. Air conditioning is good "

"Great place with direct beach access. The rooms were big and clean. Staff members are always at hand to help out with any service requests. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, and there's a made to order station serving different egg options. There's a pool to lounge around if one desires, and the convenient location makes it easy to go down to the main stretch of Chaweng. 7-11 sits across the street, and many restaurants are nearby. "

"My 4th stay here. Great location on the beach and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. All staff polite and smiling. Two lovely pools. And friendly squirrels if you have nuts!"
