Simply beautiful hotel and amazing staff! We were stunned by how amazing the service was and really grateful for everyone who made our stay wonderful! The rooms were clean, clean water was provided and free! The breakfast buffet was very good and the view/location was perfect! I would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Koh Samui, but if you want clean, centrally located, close to action, value for money and wonderfully helpful staff, the Stay is the best I’ve been to. I don’t tend to stay in the room much so prefer up market hotels to resort suites. The complimentary breakfast is ok but I preferred to go out for a proper breakfast at nearby resorts…

Only had the pleasure of staying one night, but wish we had been able to stay in Koh Samui longer at this hotel. The hotel seems very new and is well designed. The staff helped call Bangkok Airways when our flight was delayed, and were also able to arrange a scooter rental without a large cash deposit (though an International Driver's Licence was required which we luckily had). The room was on the smaller side for two people but the bed was a king and comfy. The pool looked inviting but closed at 930pm so we didn't get to use but did appear to have a pool bar. We went to go through to the beach around 10pm but access appeared to be closed. The hotel was in a great location right in the middle of the busy Chaweng Beach area. The breakfast had a lot of options and looked out directly over the beach. The only thing we didn't like was a loud rhythmic noise in the room all night, possibly generator or the air-conditioning?

Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our bags safely while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The pool was clean, very warm. There were not any lounge chairs or chairs with umbrellas right on the beach unfortunately. The waterfront was more of a lagoon. Extremely shallow, warm water. Probably great if you were travelling with little ones. Lots of restaurants and shops right out front. Super convenient for getting to the airport. Western food available at the restaurant by the pool. Super cute banana theme too!

Right in the beach. Great price. Clean. Chill and not as manic as other parts of Koh Samui. Breakfast was a bit boring but manageable. I would stay there again for sure.

Very clean resort, lovely staff. Enjoyed sitting in the bar and watching the sea. Only downside was that it is a loud area and right under the flight path which would be fine if the rooms were glazed better. I could hear the conversation the girl in the hotel over the fence was having at 2am, which is annoying!

I live the area it’s close to the airport and all the other attractions on the island are a motor scooter away . The each here is very nice with plenty to do at night all in waking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again .

There was no balcony in the triple room and hence towels and wet swimwear had to be draped over structures in the room which gave it a ‘laundry room’ feel and was highly inconvenient. The storage was very lacking with open shelves and wardrobes which, again, made the room seem very messy at times. The staff were not the most attentive and completely ignored me as I struggled with my luggage when we arrived even though they were looking straight at us. The restaurant staff were very nice, breakfast choices and quality was excellent! Lunch was very good too. The loungers around the pool were comfortable but very difficult to get on and off and there were not many of them. We didn’t even try the banana lounges at the front as they looked like a nightmare to get on and off. The pool was nice and the location was fantastic. We changed hotels after a few nights though because of these issues and also the music which could be heard from neighbouring bars until 2 in the morning. Overall it was a nice smaller hotel better suited to younger partying types than families in my opinion.

The Stay was right on the beach and had a banana theme which was cute. Rooms weren't the largest but were efficiently designed. Free drinks and snacks at the lobby. Was super conveniently located and made it easy to walk into the main strip or walk along the beach which was faster to get to a place than the over crowded streets. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Chaweng Beach,
