“The hotel was old Our bed was so old it was shaped like a bowl The air conditioner kept running and the tv had issues The area where the hotel is located is not in a good area related to safety We had to leave three days early and check into another hotel We told them we were checking out early and the staff didn’t seem to care We asked if we could get some kind of refund and they said no”

“A clean environment, helpful staff. A few inadequate areas: lack of restaurant staff, over looking some room cleaning areas (refill of bathroom containers), uncomfortable chair in room. Any issues were addressed quickly, once reported.”

“Very dirty and run down in rooms and in amenities (pool, workout rooms) - rust, peeling paint, holes in walls, workout room with garbage on floors and no cleaning supplies for equipment post work out. Pool area very dark and poorly maintained - looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Very disappointing. Walkable to the sights but that doesn't make up for the decrepitude of the hotel itself. The lobby has clearly been remodelled and looks good, but time to spread the love to the rest of the...

“What I liked about the property was the very friendly staff. Always with a smile whenever you passed them and ready to answer any questions you might have. The only thing I didn’t like was when entering or exiting the parking lot, the street, Pippy Place, was usually lined with cars making entering or exiting a very long process. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay.”

“First time travelling with an adult with limited mobility. The hotel let us use their wheel chair for the day, which was awesome! No air conditioning in the room - or at least it wasn't working, the fan came on the first night during the night but not at all the second night so no air movement at all even with the window open. Room was a little small for 4 adults.”
