Faced east but the heavy drapes kept the sun out and the light did not wake me up. I had a problem with the WiFi connection as I was in a building separate from the office and the signal was too weak for my devices to connect to it."

"When we arrived they had no room available and had no record of a room being booked for us. However, because of late cancellation they were able to provide us with a room. Cost almost double of what we booked the room for using Hotels.com. Therefore we have no reason to use Hotels.com again since you do not deliver what we contracted for."
