“Super friendly and prompt staff. The a/c in the room had a very fowl musty odor so we turned it off completely upon arrival. The pillows are all firm so an updated selection would be great, especially since the mattress is nice. The elevator works but definitely needs a tune up and I wouldn't want a room next to it. Real brewed coffee in the lobby would be wonderful vs. the instant machine. Our second time staying at this location.”
“Greeted at the door by two garbage cans collecting water from the ceiling. Room didn’t appear to be cleaned as no towels, toilet paper used, furniture out of place, carpet dirty and worn, box spring not covered and mattress not completely covered. Stairwells were filthy and not vacuumed, ice machine broken on 3rd floor. Unusual musty smell in room and hotel. “We stayed in the caboose for a night heading up to Iowa from AZ. It was just as expected and more. Cute small space with all the amenities youd need for a short stay. Very quiet location off the main road in a heavily treed area outside of town. It was super cool sleeping in an actual caboose. There is a main house a short distance away that can be rented as well.
