"Great location for cafes and so close to the train. The hotel was clean. I was unaware that this hotel charged per person, and I was dismayed when I had to pay an extra €150 because my husband was there - but they didn’t change my room… I’m confused what the extra money is for. A female at the front desk was unreasonably cold, and made us wonder what attracted her to the hospitality field. We are not going back to this hotel. "

"Excellent staff and covenant location close to the main train station and tram stop. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. My only gripe was the shower as it was nearly impossible not to get the floor wet. "

"Location wise it's pretty good walking distance from train stops and some museums.The only problem I had is the aircon not working so I need to open my window, the only downside is the noise coming from outside. In addition in would be nice if there is kettle in every room. Clean room and good staff"
