"The shower chair that I requested was waiting for my arrival! Though the desk looked unattended, Matt pops out immediately to offer assistance. The Immaculate pool/weight room/spa were what I needed to revive! Thank you. Somehow, there was always a guardian angel behind me to assist in carrying my breakfast selections to my room and what selections there were!!!!! I went for the fresh fruit including melons, grapes; but they of course had the waffle maker and I smelled the bacon & eggs. Sweet biscuits and 2 coffee stations so you didn't have to wait long for the brew! Very personable and the staff was ready to help and smiling. Thank you for your help on my first solo travel occasion. I'm confident it won't be my last with you."
