Fixed it and returned to my hotel and put the new repaired tire on the car and the spare neatly placed back on one truck. All in a matter of hours. 9:35 pm - 10:30 am. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!”
“Good little Motel on our stop between Bend Oregon and Mesquite Nevada. Austin is a unique living Ghost Town with not a lot going on but it is a fun stop. Very clean room with a comfortable queen bed. Room was small but had a small fridge, microwave and an air conditioner.”
“The bathroom sink did not drain properly and had stinky standing water in the drain pipe at all times. The living /sleeping area has one small lamp with a brown shade and a 60 watt bulb which did not provide sufficient light for the area. The bathroom was well lit but had no electrical outlet so using a hair dryer or curling iron wasnt possible in there where the mirror and light are. There was a power strip on the dated Mediterranean dresser in the living/sleeping area where you could plug in...

We did not have sheets for the sofa bed and it was late when returned so we all (3)just slept in the bed. We had a non smoking room however we had to walk through smoke to get to it. One of the pillows had dried blood stains on it...”
