“The staff was fantastic at check in and any time I interacted with them. Parking is not so great, and the hotel is pretty dated and in need of an update. The room doors close really loudly and you need to pull/push hard to make sure they actually latch behind you. ”

“We stayed in Bismarck with two kiddos for a child's outpatient surgical procedure. We stayed in the King bed suite with 'kitchenette' and couch. I'll start with the very few cons- we were dismayed to note the sheets on the full size pullout couch weren't changed/had gummy bears stuck to it. Had to request sheets and change myself. We also found a toenail clipping that wasn't ours unfortunately. We don't consider not having a pool a con as we didn't want one owing to the surgery. As for ALL...

“We choose this hotel though expedia... not knowing that when we arrived the hotel was closing forever... not knowing what to do called expedia was told they would get us another hotel... they promised us a free night plus a cheaper rate for the next day...... tjis did not happen as we had to pay again for the stay at the ramada... as we had already paid for a 2 day stay at this hotel.. so our 2 day stay cost us 3 days stay ... needless to say we are not impressed with our expedia...
