Lovely hotel in a cute rural town. Staff were very friendly and prompt. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of prairie hills. Robins were hopping around outside - wish the windows opened but none do at these hotels.

Clean, nice hotel with cheerful staff

We were there for a family funeral so we had a lot of people and they handled us with a smile and they were helpful in every way. Very hard workers as it was primarily a one person show, checking in, doing breakfast refill, assisting guest with whatever we needed and doing it all cheerfully.

This property was in an excellent location to US83. There was a Dollar General next door which made it very convenient since the local grocery store closed early and there were very few restaurants available. The room was comfortable and clean. A reasonably priced laundry room was available. The property was secure. The breakfast selections were plentiful and fresh.

This facility does not have an elevator, so was challenging to get all luggage etc to the 2nd floor going up the steps, WIFI was hit and miss, attendant had to come and fix the Direct TV, and not much to do or see in this town, other than that, good breakfast, comfortable bed, no facility

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The on line check in was convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is the up charges for early check in and late check out. We triex to check in 20 minutes early and could not because we wiuld not pay the $25 fee. Oddlly we will check out 2 to 3 hours before 11AM but will not get a discount for leaving early.

Check in was 3pm. We arrived about an hour and a half early and front desk would not let us check in without charging us an extra $25. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of tossing and turning all night. On the good, the staff was nice and it did have a free breakfast that was pretty good along with complimentary coffee and juice.

I tried to rate each category but the rating disappears! The building was clean, the room was clean, property around the building was clean. The staff had LITTLE TO NOTHING to say. The continental breakfast was pitiful (I know there were very few visitors), but bacon was not cooked, hash brown squares were white like they were just taken from the freezer. The waffle was good. Pricing was fair.
