“Wonderful lodge! Liked it so much we rearranged our itinerary to come back for another night. Super quiet & scenic. Really enjoyed the pool, deck, restaurant, and seeing birds, monkeys and iguanas. Arrived too late for pizza the first night, but stayed to have it for lunch and it truly was delicious. However, learned later that Costa Rica’s ban on feeding wildlife extends to private property and bird feeders, so it would better not to feed the birds at all, or at least farther from the deck so...

The hotel is well maintained, beautifully located in the middle of nature, and offers breathtaking views. You can even encounter animals on the property. We were upgraded to a premium room with a huge balcony and sea view. The staff, especially Edwyn and our waiter Jeffry, were attentive, helpful, and always happy to share local recommendations.”

“Very nice hotel. It was the perfect location- a three minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to Manuel Antonio National Park. Nice pool and amenities and friendly staff. The room was on the small side for the three of us but it was fine. We also had a big patio and garden space. ”

“This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got. We walked to the beach (about 10-15 min walk) and then relaxed by the pool. The property views were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. ”

“The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. ”

“I had a great time! The beach was just across the street from the hotel and had a nightly appointment with the spectacular sunsets. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was big and made to order. I just booked my return trip to Costa Rica and will be staying there for another 2 weeks. Can’t recommend it more than going to stay for a second time. ”
