Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback

"My husband and I stayed at Sonesta Select for 5 days to visit family near by. There was an issue with the fridge and another issue in our room. The clerk at the front desk quickly moved us to a near by Hotel room that was definitely an upgrade. I have health and sides and needed to bring food that needed refrigerated. The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. Janetris cleaned our Hotel room and she did a great job. Janetris was very helpful when we needed something and was very friendly and a lovely person!!! The only 2 things that could be improved that I saw is one of the luggage carts needs to be fixed or retired. It was very difficult to us the luggage cart we used that was the only one available. The elevators could use to be vacuumed more. The exercise room is immaculate and has a great choice of Treadmill, two different ellipticals and a bike and many free weights, a weight machine for arms etc. overall the property was very clean and well kept. The down stairs lobby is a great place to relax , watch tv , there is a desk area, table and chairs to eat the food we brought. We were given more coffee for our room when needed. Thank you Sonesta Select and your employees for a great stay and for being so accommodating. The bed was very comfortable!!! If anything is needed extra towels or blanket , just ask and you are served. May you all have a great life.🤗"

"Beautiful art all around the hotel and convenient to downtown. Would stay again even though a few minor things happened. Gate to pool was broken, 15% off the restaurant was given at check in and we got some stuff there, but they didn’t include it and we had a late checkout for noon, but they came knocking at 11am just to ask if we had a late check out?"

"Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Vending machine was not working and took a couple dollars from me but staff reimbursed me. Budget friendly. All in all, I would definitely come back."
