"Staff was friendly, however housekeeping never cleaned or removed trash from our room during our three days stay. We were provided clean towels and additional coffee pods when housekeeper (she was very friendly)knocked on the door to ask on day two of our stay. Trash can in public area were overflowing with the same garbage for 2 days. When trash was finally taken care of, they only removed the overflowing bag sitting on top, leaving the remaining trash in the receptacle. Also, despite being on the 17th floor, we could hear all of the street noise as the windows had very little sound dampening. Yes, I know it's a busy city but the noise was excessive."
