"We paid $35 to check in early on top of $55/day for parking on property to be checked in for 10 minutes and what looked like security just to come into our room after we shouted that people were in the room while they started to open the door. He then stood there, mouth agape, staring at my husband who kept asking “we all good here” until he finally responded yes. I check in alone and if I was alone, this could have been scarier. Then the radio clock had an alarm set for 6 and and 6:15am that we had no idea was set. I guess in this day and age with cell phone alarms, it’s not something we thought to check. After falling back to sleep I was woken at 7 to the cleaning staff making so much noise talking and moving things in the hallways right outside our door that early in the morning.
The property was great, the room was clean, but the staff sort of ruined the experience for me."
