"Overall, the stay was very good. We had an issue with having not hot water. After unpacking and settling into the room I attempted to take a shower only to discover not hat water. After several attempts to resolve the issue we were giving another room which required us to pack up and relocate to another room."

The property itself is absolutely stunning.. lush, well-maintained grounds that feel like a peaceful escape the moment you arrive. The pool area is gorgeous and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff was exceptional.. warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the level of care and pride they have in making your stay comfortable. The airport shuttle was a huge bonus. reliable, easy, and took so much stress out of arrival and departure days. Such a thoughtful convenience! The restaurants were delicious, with a great variety of options. Every meal felt fresh and flavorful, and it was so nice having quality dining right on-site without needing to leave the property. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.. exactly what you want after long travel days. It felt like a perfect balance of cozy and elevated. And for everything you get, the value is incredible. This stay felt like a luxury experience without the heavy price tag. We absolutely loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat! 💛"

"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, hay pasillos con alfombras en muy mal estado! El desayuno muy bueno y muy surtido "

"My grown family and their kids flew out this morning at 4:00, other group was 10:00 today, and my flight back to USA leaves 11:30 tonight and staff provided me with a 2:00 late check out, and they will store my 3 large bags until I return back here around 8:00 and shuttle to SJO Airport.
