"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was just okay, the room was quiet. It was super close to the airport, but I didn't hear any planes overhead. "It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "

"'Charming Charmant'. We really enjoyed our stay at The Charmant Hotel. The location was fabulous and the hotel was beautifully appointed, and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered a very, well priced breakfast menu with a good selection of options. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommend."
