“Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service.”

“The hotel wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. The perks were the hot tub and that it was very quite. The downfalls were the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work, the phone jack was lose and had to be messed with for the phone to work, the drywall in the bathroom was in severe need of fixing, and the attendant on was more interested in whomever he was talking to on his phone thru his earbud than he was with being helpful and pleasant. For the cost I would say the value was average.”

“The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.”

“We loved the spacious room, and how quiet and safe it felt. We did have a dirty shower, besides that it was a great stay!”

“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”
