"You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more."

"Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor.
