This hotel is largely being renovated. (Walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, being replaced.) They do not require a deposit. There is construction noise. I checked in at a construction trailer (the clerk was very nice.) I went to my room, in the back of the property, in the unrenovated building. There was a woman smoking on the steps right in front of my door. The tile floor was greasy. The furniture was sticky. I called the desk, and held the room phone away from my face, and checked out . She was nice, and refunded me. I stayed at the Cozy Inn, which was perfect.
To the nice woman at the desk, I'm sorry for this bad review. You were the best part of my experience. (Thanks!)
