One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."

"I called in advance to make sure the hot tub was working. When we got there the hot tub was out of order for some time and they lied when they told me it was open. I also asked if there was bath tubs in the room and they told me yes there was, but that was also a lie. There was no power the 2nd day and the water out of the tap was brown and disgusting. I ended up leaving that hotwl even though it was non refundable and went elsewhere.."
