"The good: Charming property in an excellent location. The bad: Our stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. On our first morning, there was no running water, making the bathroom completely unusable and throwing off our entire schedule at a critical time. The heated floors were also non-functional, a significant comfort issue given the extreme cold outside. The beds leaned on the firm side and weren't particularly restful. What was most disappointing, however, was the response from management. We reported these issues and received no follow-up confirming they had been resolved. When we requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, our request was flatly refused, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. This lack of accountability is simply not acceptable. I won't be returning to this hotel, and I will not be considering any other Aneyro property in the future."

"Hi! I just wanted to bring to your attention that this hotel was really not great. It is very "tired". the lobby was very smelly when we walked in and looked dirty. the room smelled good but everything is so old and patched up. I took picutres of a few things ie: -wallpaper in the bathroom not a great idea especially if it is already coming off the wall in most places (which was bound to happen sooner than later). - the grout used in the bathroom was stained by little mold spots. I have pictures of paper towel before cleaning and after ,,,getting black -very dirty corners and joints in the bathroom -all the air vents where filthy and had not been cleaned in months. etc etc 18 hours ago I understand that it was after spring break and you were probably busy but you did take the reservation and got paid for it ... therefore the place should have been cleaned. some things are beyond fixing, just need a total revamp in the bathrooms (at least the 602 one). ah! I do not remember the last time I had a hotel bathroom that did not have a fan...the mirror was foggy for 30 minutes after a short shower Really not impressed and you came recommended by people that had been years ago. obviously all went down the drain after. I would find it very very hard to recommend such place today."

"Rooms were clean a little dusty. Shops and restaurants nearby walking distance. Only thing that we found unpleasant was that we pay for valet parking and we had to go park our own cars 1-2 blocks away in the cold and rain. "
