"A great location near the cathedral, this historic building has recently been refurbished as a stylish hotel. It has a great cafe on the ground floor, where breakfast is freshly prepared and we also had cake and coffee later in the day, and a rooftop terrace with great views across the city. There was a warm friendly welcome on arrival and useful advice on what to see in the city. The bedroom was spacious and stylish and also had a view of the cathedral."

"Overall it was ok/ I think mostly down to meeting some good people. But the rooms aren’t cleaned properly. The fan in the 3 bunk bedroom I was in had about 3 years worth of dust on it. And I showed them and they didn’t bother to do anything about it. Same as the skirting boards and under the beds/ filthy. The rest of the areas are kept very clean though. Daily cleaners in the communal areas. The staff are great/ Ray was amazing! They put on evening events such as karaoke and movie night. Mixed range of ages and nationalities is nice too. Close to bus stops to go down south or the the more local playa las canteras which is the nicest local beach. "

"Central location for the old city...comfortable bedroom perhaps a little dark. Well didn't have the breakfast bit it looked okay. Parking for this hotel is the major issue if arriving bye car..as they may or may not have discount parking tickets "

"Room was very comfortable, it was one of the larger rooms with a super king size bed. Staff on reception were always there and very helpful. Roof terrace & bar is a bonus. A lovely place to relax during the day and great for drinks in the evening. "

"Wonderful hotel that included a great breakfast. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The roof top patio was a great place to chill out. While we were there, we had need to seek out medical help and one of the staff helped us get to the doctor and with translation etc. We were very thankful. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. We hope to return!"
