From the coffee and treats in the special access room in the morning (and throughout the day), to our comfortable bed at the end of a long day of exporation, we loved our Mexico City home at the Gran and would go back in a heartbeat."

"The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. But be aware that there is no ac unit in the room. Also the shower faucet was not running smoothly and the bathroom smelled bad one morning. At night expect music from Plaza Garibaldi until 6am."
