"The room was gorgeous. Definitely not a conventional hotel but that’s what makes it such a great find. I loved the little sitting area off the main bedroom. The details in the room and bathroom and even in the shared spaces were excellent. The cleaning staff were so kind and attentive. Even the host was very communicative and super helpful. Location is great. We walked to the Centro and saw so much of Puebla along the way. "

"This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. "

"Charming hotel interior/courtyard. Nice cafe with good espresso. Rooms are clean and pretty basic. No a/c but a fan was provided. Fantastic service - front desk called to set up our early morning cab, then were on top of calling to check in when they were a few minutes late. Overall very happy and a great value!"
