Me dieron una habitación sin ventanas, cuando en Expedia me decía cortinas blackout x lo que imaginé que tendría ventanas (soy claustrofóbica) baje a qué me cambiarán la habitación pues no era x lo que había pagado y me hicieron sentir POBRE, diciéndome que pague una habitación "económica" y que eso me dieron, hasta que les mostré la descripción de la hab. x la que pague y no x económica sino x que era lo único disponible y la verdad el trato fue feo pues me hicieron sentir inferior y querían que YO pagara un extra x el cambio de la hab. y obvio me reuse mostrando lo que la página de Expedia me ofrecía al momento de reservar y pagar, asi que no les quedó más que cambiarme de habitación Segundo stricke La habitación que me dieron la segunda ocasión estaba sucia del piso con manchas pegajosas como si no trapearan o limpiarán correctamente, me queje y cuando regrese solo habían Limpiado una mancha la otra enorme seguía ahí chiclosa en el piso, las almohadas ahuladas espantosas y super delgadas te mueves y suena el hule que traen y el colchón igual super feo y ahulado terrible!!!!!! 3 stricke al regresar ya en la noche cansados nos disponíamos a abrir la puerta de la habitación y jams abrió pues la chapa presentó falla y tuvimos que esperar a que subiera una persona de mntto a abrirnos y pues ya no podíamos salir XK tendria que estarle hablándole al de mntto para que nos abriera de nuevo. La verdad que pena XK el hotel es muy bonito y la ubicación es privilegiada.

El hotel parece medianamente antiguo, y por lo tanto es instalaciones lucen así. Pese a ello se podría considerar cómodo, limpio, sin ruido. Sin embargo, considero que uno de los peores problemas es la atención del personal, que pareciera no ser tan atento. Para poder dejar el vehículo y recogerlo, se vuelve un poco complicado, porque siempre debe de darlo el servicio de valet, por lo demás cumple con los requerimientos y la ubicación es adecuada al estar a 15 minutos de Angelópolis y más o -27 minutos de la zona de los Fuertes.
