โThis hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
โWe loved the location close to the San Pedro Market. Everything was very close. The breakfast provided was wonderful. We also liked there was a variety of tea options offered throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.โ

โCozy and roomy for us (4). In Peru it is very hard to find one room capable of sleeping 4.
Walkable and convenient for us, just know it is in the middle of a steep hill with steps. We are walkers so not a problem for us. Plenty of little shops near by for water, snacks, beer, or food.
Main plazaโs and markets are a short walk away. Staff was EXCELLENT.

โI arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

Fomos muito bem recepcionadas e assistidas pela Atenas, responsรกvel pela hospedagem. ร uma hotel muito bem localizado, com muito comรฉrcio em volta, uns 4 ou 5 quarteirรตes do Marcado Sao Pedro e Plaza de Armas, de mercados e restaurantes. ร um hotel sem recepรงรฃo 24hs, mas Atenas vai estar lรก para receber e dar algumas instruรงรตes. E qualquer coisa que precise dela รฉ so entrar em contato. Se vc for tomar cafe da manhรฃ no hotel ela prepara na hora, se vc tiver passeios...
โEndroit charmant avec une trรจs belle vue de notre suite. Le petit dรฉjeuner est trรจs bien et servi dans un beau petit coin de lโรฉtablissement. Nous avons รฉtรฉ un peu saisi par le froid mais ร chaque jour, le personnel venait allumer un feu dans le poรชle ร bois ce qui rendait lโendroit trรจs confortable et encore plus charmant. Je recommande fortement pour une expรฉrience rustique et authentique! โ
