โLovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.โ
โHost was very very friendly. She went out of the way to come with me at mid night to get dinner for our family. Also my family member was unwell. She accompanied me to the doctor and ensured we get proper care. She also provided good breakfast. Very safe and friendly place.
Room may not be up to the standards but other conveniences in new country provided by host out weighs it. โ
โThe staff were kind and helpful. The hostel has beautiful murals. Rooms clean and spacious.
Fyi, they speak Spanish only but we did fine with only knowing a little of the language.โ
