โGreat location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.โ
โStaff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was absolutely delicious! Xi'an's heat is no joke - but coming back to such a comfortable, peaceful hotel made all the difference. Would definitely stay here againโ

It's far from Xian points of interests.
Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plazaโ
โGreat hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. โ
