"We’re had visited Crete and we stayed at the village homes Alkistis, is 20 minutes from the Airport and very well known, soon we had arrived at our destination with a large group of people! We supposed to be checking in by 4pm but we were 2 hours early , the lady who is the owner Called Vaia has kingly let us to went to our rented house immediately! "Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "A great central location for visiting Chania. The apartment is wonderfull with pleanty of room for us, we ate breakfast out front and played games on the roof. Owners are very nice and right next door if you need them. Wonderfully located for a quick minute walk to the harbor or a casual stroll down to the beach. Could not be happier with our stay!!"
