"The rooms were spacious and clean, but if you’re planning a break from the cold to enjoy a warm indoor pool, you may want to consider another option. The pool is kept at 84°F, which isn’t ideal for kids. Our children were shivering and their lips even turned purple after a short time in the water. At first, we thought it might just be us, but every family who came into the pool area shared the same concern. The hot tub quickly filled up with kids because no one could stay comfortable in the pool for long. This was especially disappointing since the main reason for our trip was to use the pool. The rooms pictured on Expedia are deceiving. Our room was not updated as pictured. The room description stated furnishing would vary, but did not emphasize that it was not updated like the pictured room. The pictures also showed an oven, but there was no oven in our room. The resort has no kids activities for kids."

"I’ll start with the positives because honestly there were only A FEW! The front desk clerk who worked Saturday 3/21 was nice. The lobby was clean and the pool was as well. AC worked fine. TO BAD my room smelled like a DIRTY MOP!! Better yet HOT DOGS, earring backs. You pick! Expedia you all need to step in and start demanding the 3rd party rooms clean THE SAME WAY the non 3rd party rooms are because this is not my 1st experience booking with you all and being giving a half clean room. THEN , my husband cut his hand loading our luggage in the car, went in and asked for the 1st aid kit and the front desk working check out behaved as if she was SO INCONVENIENCED like he wasn’t BLEEDING. The check in is now 4pm and check out is 11! Never again will I stay here "

"They’re under construction but everything was a mess out front and in the lobby. Boards with nails lying by the entrance. Dust everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. We found an item from the last guest on the floor. I usually have wonderful experiences at Country Inns. Skip this one. "

"The kitchen was fully equipped and the space was roomy. There’s an iron but no blow dryer. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The room looked clean at first glance. However while in the bed I noticed the space had a stale scent & both bed lamps had a thick layer of dust on them. There was also a visible layer of dust on the top of the toilet. I’m not an avid duster so it has to be extreme for me to notice. The room didn’t seem to be properly cleaned. "

"Loved it , I booked this trip last min due to my kids not telling me they was soon to be on spring break(what happened to April !) the price for 4days/3nights was great .lobby was amazing,rooms was spacious and wonderful(one bedroom villa) have everything You need in the main building ,my kids loved the fire pit outside the villas .we made s’mores (purchased s’mores kit in the lobby store ). Only thing wrong was the tub was stopped up so they had someone fix it but made the shower not work so that was that ..rate 9/10😊"
