Absolutely the best extended stay I've stayed at. It has a "private" drive. It's not in a questionable area or clientele. Super supportive and accommodating staff.

My girl friend and I were visiting the area for a concert, and really enjoyed the location of this location, as well as the home feeling we received when we were welcomed to the hotel by the staff member. The room was a tad bit out dated, paint scrapings off the wall, and the toilet button kept getting stuck. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!!

Even though they were over booked and almost cancel our reservation they made it work. The front desk worker she was very polite and super helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I also the mall was very near as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

This location is always my go-to spot when I'm visiting the Charlotte area! This facility is clean, safe, and close to the freeway, but conveniently tucked away in a somewhat secluded area to escape the busy parts of Charlotte/Pineville...sort of a suburb feel. Anthony and his team get an A+ for hospitality and I look forward to visiting again and recommending this Extended Stay to my family and friends!

A bit loud and run down

One of the more run down extended stay americas we’ve stayed in. Lots of wear in the rooms. The location is good, but the other guests seem to be a bit rough around the edges. We came back around 11pm to a few cars parked in the parking lot playing music from their speakers with about 10-15 people standing around enjoying beverages. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t very good either. The staff was great, but the condition of the property and the noise associated with it would keep us from staying here again.

Kitchen was not fully equipped. It wasnt having dishwasher and we take time off and rent hotels to be away from household chores but not wash utensils at a hotel too :(. This was a major let down. May be i didnt see what facilites been provided at the time of booking. Staffs are VERY FRIENDLY. They did their best of their abilites. parking is good and safe Room : Room 118 floors were not cleaned at all. If you walk on a bare foot it could turn dirty in seconds. It was so dirty. Bathroom shower knob kept falling out of the place all the time. Chair was not good when turning on heaters room started smelling like inhaling grilled chicken smoke. Had to get staff's help to use room freshener and we end up not turning on Heaters. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I felt i could have gone to a different hotel for the same price. This was a big let down.
