The property and location was great but we had a minor issue where the property wasn’t ready by 3pm and we have to wait a little longer to check in, but it was very clean and the views are beautiful.

The condo was great - clean with a beautiful view. However, the entire property smelled like weed. The apartment was not set up for guests - not enough coffee, spices, the basics expected for a short-term stay. The pool is also not in operation and this was not disclosed when renting the property.

My whole stay was great. Only issue i had was my 2nd day there, my badge for the parking garage didnt work but they easily gave me some free parking passes to use to accommodate for the badge.

I selected this property based on the advertised amenities—including a gym, rooftop access, and self-parking—which were essential to me as I was traveling for work. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that none of these features were available:     •    There was no access to the gym or rooftop as advertised.     •    Although the listing and pre-arrival email stated that one unassigned parking space was included, parking was not accessible, causing a major inconvenience since I drove into town.     •    Additionally, the concierge staff during the afternoon and evening hours were unprofessional, and the front desk served more as a social hub than a guest support area. While the room itself matched the listing, the overall experience fell short of the expectations created by the listing. false representation so disappointing
