Overnight stay prior to knee surgery. First thing we were told at check-in is that our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. Room was clean. Mattress sagged at the head and the pillows were so soft, they didn't compensate for this sagging. Very poor night's sleep for this reason. Would think twice before staying again.

Love the hotel, particularly the breakfast choices and the proximity to nice restaurants. Very clean and pleasant place. My only issue is that the hold out couch blocks movements in the room if you have more than two people. Also no sign to the hotel once you enter the parking lot area and the location is hidden behind a Food Lion grocery store. Tremendous value for the price and quality. Not fancy but glad we chose it.
