Close to downtown mall . Staff provided excellent customer service. Check in was quick and when notified that we needed a refill of hand wash, the staff responded right away. My only negative take away are the bath towels were in need of good fabric softener.

Stayed here while family member having surgery. The room had a full kitchen including range with oven. We enjoyed having space to spread out. As winter the outdoor oool was not open but area looked nice and included a sport court (pickleball and basketball??) You can easily walk across street to shopping center which includes two grocery stores. The location next to UVA law school and Darden is great. Free breakfast was fine. Typical hotel free by gate and nice lounge area.

Staff very helpful. Seemed very family oriented as kids were calling staff members by name and each excited to see the other!
