"You think the staff is nice and they seem to mean well. Yet, when your AC is out, WiFi doesn’t work, and then as they’re fixing it while you’re out, you get locked out. I think it’s more incompetence for a place that charges nearly $200 a night for a big room. Then, the folks at Expedia try to reach them by phone or email to claw back a refund and the hotel doesn’t seem to respond. Honestly, Expedia should delist this hotel.
