The setting is stunning and the extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe.Everything felt peaceful and well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again . “I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion...

The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. The owner & management was unreasonable, not empathetic to our medical situation and refuse to accommodate our emergency medical needs. I would never reserve or stay at their facilities.”
