"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun.
