"I had a very concerning experience at this hotel that has still not been addressed. While walking on the pool deck, I stepped on a piece of glass and was cut. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. Initially, no one stepped in to help. It was only after it was clear that I was bleeding that someone acknowledged the situation. I was told a manager or someone from the team would come speak with me. I waited for approximately three hours, and no one ever came. The next day at checkout, I reported the incident again. I was assured that someone would follow up with me the following day. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any call, message, or acknowledgment. This is not just about the injury itself, but the lack of urgency, care, and follow-through. A safety issue like glass on a pool deck should never happen, and when it does, it should be handled immediately and professionally. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves both safety and guest response moving forward"

"More like a man camp than a hotel. Didn’t have the room I originally booked. Room they gave me was gross. Everything sticky. Asked for a refund, front desk claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think she even knew how to process a refund in the first place. I left the property."

"This property was just ok. I booked after reading some good reviews. I did not think this place was as good as what the reviews said. They welcome pets, and there is no charge. That is really the best part. However, it seemed as if people were iso g the place as an extended stay as a grill was outside one of the rooms. Also, nighttime noise was an issue. People were outside of their room talking on speakerphone. It is really close the to Highway, so you had that noise as well. We probably would not stay there again. "

"The room was clean but when I checked in there was a bad smell. I thought maybe because the air wasn’t on. The next day the water in the toilet was brown and the smell was still there. I spoke to the front desk person and she explained because the city was doing construction on the roads they were having issues with the water. She was very nice and said she would still have someone check my room for the smell. The front desk ladies were very friendly. The hotel is definitely due a refresh but I would stay there again. "

"Front desk was phenomenal & staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good and the pool was nice. The pool area and front lobby/breakfast area was clean and up to date. The rooms need updating badly/ there was peeling paint in the tub and I did not feel like the surfaces in the room were cleaned. There was mold and years of dust all along the bathroom door. As a former Holiday inn express employee I expected more from the cleanliness of the rooms. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay longer than my 2 night stay. "
