“Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only drawback is there is no elevator”

“We reserved a room to accommodate 3 people. At check in we were assigned to a smaller room. The clerk was helpful after we gave him suggestions on how to fix the problem. Although room appeared to be clean, the rug was grimly. Bathroom had mold in corners which had been caulked over. Hallways, main lobby and elevator all needed a good steam cleaning. The clerk was tattooed and had snagged tooth with long finger nails. Not the professional appearance one would expect assisting and greeting...

“The staff who checked me in, Ms. Jill was very personable and accommodating. Ms. Jill was the best part of my stay. The room was ok, but the shower needed some TLC with new groutung, etc. The front door was loose, but Ms. Jill got the maintenance to take care of it and was gixed right away. ”

“The hotel and accommodations were nice and what we expected. What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather.”

“We were back in town to watch our daughter (class of 2019 from IUP) present at Geoscience Day as an alumni. We had another great experience. Our room rate included breakfast, so we had one day of ordering off the menu & the next day was the buffet. Both days had really good breakfasts! Our room was clean & quiet. The room was serviced while we were gone. The best part of our stay was Anastasia...she went above & beyond to connect with our daughter & actively asked how her presentation...
