"So close to the train station. Walking distance to the centre. The decor is amazing. Great outdoor areas as well. Lovely wee pub across the road as well. Only downside is the disabled access. It’s quite a trek for my Mum who uses a walker but that would not put me off staying again."

"A stunning hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very professional & polite. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was self service and with very little fuss. The food was piping hot and of very good quality."

"Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. As did our daughter and son in law. Both rooms were lovely. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is in a great central location. We had room service for breakfast both mornings. Our daughter ate breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very nice. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the room cool enough during the heatwave but the hotel were quick in providing us with a fan to help. We would highly recommend a stay at The Chester Grosvenor. We certainly look forward to staying there agin."
