"The property wasn't as clean as I expected. The carpet was dirty, the walls in my room were stained and there was no ironing board. But most of all I asked for a room with a view of the planes taking off and landing. I was told I would be moved to one but it never happened. "

No 24/7 shuttle like the listing shows, and no TSA in the middle of the night. So if I had paid for an uber to the hotel, and they turned me away, I would have been stranded for hours in the middle of the night. Now they’re arguing with me about a refund…"

"The operation of the television was too confusing to even use. The most part I was engaged in other activities and not extremely interested in watching television. I was told that I had access to items that I had forgotten in a closet by the elevator there are a lot of things but no toothbrush which I was told was there these are the biggest negatives of the whole trip. Beyond that staff was extremely friendly and helpful both check in and check out. The bed was extremely comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. The room was small the bathroom was smaller. But it was functional at the same time a shower a sink and a commode looks like it belong on a private jet"
