โI was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. โ
โThe new bath towels were not provided for 2 consecutive days. I needed to call the hotel operator every night. The complementary water was also missed after room cleaning on a day. Tips were put every morning though..โ
โThe property and rooms are so comfortable and nostalgic allowing for inspiration and relaxation. The locations is perfect as everything is a short drive to get to. Will definitely stay again. โ
โBed was very comfy, room was really fabulous and the Innkeeper was a treasure! He goes out of his way to help you any way he can and he really cares to make you stay a positive experienceโ
โWe had another great stay at Residence Inn Bala Cynwyd! The location was great for everything we were in town for. We love that itโs right on the river and you can walk across the bridge to restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciate that the fan runs in the room so you never hear others. We will always chose this hotel when we are in town!โ
