“Ick”

“I’ve stayed at the hotel the last three years. It is definitely going downhill. It could use a makeover. One elevator was broke. The ice machine on second floor was broke . The rooms were clean, but old looking.”

“They charged me 400 dollars for no reason when I already paid online plus the safe deposit”

“This hotel was comfortable to me and very quiet. I recommend this hotel for business trip or break time.”

“The suites location is very nice. Because the subway station is nearby the suites. And the facilities were very nice. When I'll travel Philadelphia again, I'll reserve again this suites. Thank you so much!!”

“Very cosy and scilent place!”

“The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are ran down, dirty and old. It was a terrible experience.”

“Very nice”

“Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

“Unfortunately I would have given them 5 stars until I realized that the bathroom had urine stains on the wall and floor. Otherwise everything was fine. Continental breakfast was delicious, parking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful.”
