This is an amazing boutique hotel that fit our needs perfectly for going to the lantern festival. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you. We had our choice of 3 options for breakfast. 2 European style or 1 Thai style. Free glass bottled water was available on the lobby at anytime and as many as desired. Rooms are very clean modern architecture. We met the hotel owner who happened to be on site the same time we were. He is outgoing and happy to assist you…he may even make an amazing cup of coffee for you if you are lucky. This hotel is very close to Maya mall and any grab or bolt can pick you up if you need it. Will definitely be coming back!

Fue excelente, no estaba tan cerca del centro a pie como pensábamos, pero no fue necesario ya que cuentan con bici gratis o renta de motos, lo cual a nosotros nos encanto la moto así hacías como 10 o 15 minutos al centro a lo mucho y te hacia recorrer los templos con mas facilidad y sintiéndote parte de la ciudad, nos encanto, la hospitalidad fue excelente y tienen todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir en casa y cómodo! regresaría ahí sin dudarlo!

位置有點不好找，距離Maya mall 和兩個夜市，大概10分鐘路程。服務員熱情有禮，提供免費小食和飲料。房間內只有泰國用的兩腳插座。其他都還好。

Very nice hotel in good area

Great hotel, very new, very nice rooms and friendly staff. Within a short easy walk you're in the middle of the Nimman area with lots of great restaurants, coffee bars and shops.

Basic, Clean but not too comfy

The hotel room is basic and a little small, but good enough, clean and new. The unlimited supply of instant noodles, juices and snacks at the snacks bar gives an additional point. The location is a little bit secluded, with a 5 mins walk to nimman main road, 3 minutes walk to Huey Kaew main road, 15 minutes walk to Maya shopping complex. The sound proofing for the room wasn't great, in the middle eof the night we heard people making loud sexs moaning for almost an hour. The hotel situated directly on the flight path, so do expect some aviation noise before 1130pm.

. Well situated, just outside the hustle of Chaing Mai, but not too far to get in amongst it. The hotel offered all one could need and was very pleasant for the few nights we stayed there. Very boutique feel.

整體不錯，下次有機會會再來。 優：環境跟範例照片差不多，酒店很新淨。床鋪很舒適。雙床房有6個插座。 全天供應飲品小食泡面水果，樽裝水無限供應！！食物櫃跟熱水補給很快。 步行至Maya商場&尼曼路10分鐘內。附近有7-11&食店。 因為潑水節，送了防水袋，很貼心！ 劣：酒店在民宅中，較僻靜。夜晚回去感覺有點危險。 浴室沒有抽氣扇。房間沒有熱水壺&杯子，需要熱水得到大堂自取。 早餐沒變化，不過很好吃，反正不合口味出去找吃的也不難。

Just okay

This hotel was okay. It is in a location near everything so that is a bonus. Hotel staff is nice as well. The room was small, and the bathroom tiny. Parking is weird. You park in a dirt lot down the street from the hotel that is hard to get to. You have to drive thru tiny streets in a crowded neighborhood to get to the lot. You then have to walk to the hotel, which isn’t too bad as there is an asphalt path thru the woods that is a shortcut. It was very noisy in the hotel, doors constantly slamming all thru the night, roosters crowing very early in the morning and you can hear the staff talking in the hallways at all hours. My first night there I couldn’t sleep at all. Luckily I adapted to the noisy environment quickly or I would have had to checkout early to find a quieter place to stay. I guess it depends on what you are looking for. If it’s just a cheap place to stay for the night, then 9.5 is perfect. If you need a quiet place to relax for a few days while touring Chiang Mai, this is not it. You would be better to spend a bit more and stay elsewhere. It was not a terrible place to stay, but not great either.

개인적으론 비추입니다

1. 4층이였는데 벽 사이나 세면대를 통해 개미 나옵니다. 방을 옮겨도 마찬가지라 어쩔수 없이 잡으면서 버티다 왔네요. 2. 작은 타월 한장만 더 달라해도 100바트를 요구합니다. 구입할시는 무려 300바트입니다. 3. 층간 벽간 소음 큽니다. 문도 잘 안 닫혀서 쎄게 닫기에 누가 들어올때마다 놀랍니다. 엘리베이터 소리도 심하게 잘 들립니다. 비행기 소리 또한 엄청 큽니다. 4. 조식이 있지만 고시원 수준도 안됩니다. 무료과일도 상태가 영 별로네요. 5. 화장실 위치가 바깥쪽이라 덥고 냄새도 올라옵니다. 세면대는 또 왜인지 방으로 빼놔서 볼일 후 나와서 손을 닦아야 하는 상황이 생깁니다. 6. 호텔 주변이 굉장히 낙후되어 있습니다. 밤에 다니긴 위험해 보여요. 이 길에 상주하는 큰 개 세마리가 있습니다. 오며가며 매번 우버를 이용할 수 밖에 없었네요.
