Lovely staff, hotel building is fine, even good. The BIG problem is lack of responsibility on the part of ownership to: 1. ensure they have satisfactory wifi--quality is currently poor, as the staff acknowledges. 2. STOP allowing guests to bring pets. each day there were instances of dogs barking for prolonged periods of time. the problem is not the dogs fault, but due to their irresponsible owners who do not attend to them. this hotel's business is quite good...ceasing to accept dogs will not hurt their revenue one bit.

It was terrible experience to choose this hotel and the accident ruined our vacation. We arrived around 10:30pm, and the surrending was very dark. Since it was pouring rain and late night, we were very tired and wanted to take rest asap. When the receptionist took us to our room with two candles, we just realised it was power outage. NO electricity, NO hot water, NO Wifi, NO torch! The only thing the hotel offered us were two candles, which placed on the plate and could be fall down anytime, very dangerous to us. Therefore we asked the receptionist wether we could move to other hotel iff they didnt know when the situation can back to normal. The receptionist was very nice, she helped us to communicated with her manager, and found another hotel for us (we dont have WIFI at that time). Around 12am, finanlly we could leave this very dark hotel, and it was very scary experience for us. I think the hotel should improve their emergency response measures, since the receptionist told us it happened sometimes, but they have no action to deal with situatation. Be careful when you want to book this hotel, it looks nice, but some potential risk may happen.

整體還ok但細緻度不高

房間蠻大的，該有的大概都有，整體cp值是ok的，不過在一些細節上有些小缺點： 1.房間沒有附拖鞋、櫃檯也沒有提供購買。 2.女生要化妝只能使用浴室的鏡子，但是浴室光源昏暗，影響化妝看起來的效果，有點不方便。 3.廁所的排水管味道偏重。 4.浴室的洗髮精和沐浴乳的標示沒有很清楚，還要再傳訊息詢問飯店人員，這點可以貼清楚的標籤改善。 5.浴室有附洗手皂，但是沒有皂台。 6.落地窗的窗簾無法很好地密合，會有縫隙，會有隱私曝光的疑慮，我們只能用行李箱把窗簾壓住。

Japannese hidden place in town

We travel to Chiang Mai quite a lot because our good friends live here. Everytime we come to Chiang Mai, we like to try new hotel around town. We like to stay close to Nimman and CMU (same area where our friends live) We found out about this hotel through the site and after we look through pictures ,we fall in love with the pool so we decided to try. When we arrive at a hotel, front desk is very friendly (love their cute uniforms^^). When we check-in the room, I couldnt believe how big of the room is. The size is quite bigger than we thought it would be. Love the japanese architect style too. The room is very clean and new. The price comes with breakfast (love the breakfast choices). Overall, everything is good. They might need a little touch here and there but we think the price is very resonable for what we got. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.
