シンプルで、清潔で、気に入りました。 お値段通りだと思います。 中庭は、とても気持ちの良い空間で、何もしない事を楽しむのに、抜群です❤️ ただ、お部屋の壁が薄いので、音は筒抜け（笑） 若いツーリストが多いので、夜中まで楽しそうな声が響いてました。 それ以外は、満足です❤️

Awesome place to stay in Chiang Mai

Beautiful rooms! We got the studio room for two nights here and it was awesome. Everything is so clean and put together, they are friendly at the front desk and help you out with whatever you need. The breakfast was included with our room and it was pretty good, the cafe is outside in the garden and they offer more than just the continental breakfast. The only downside to this hotel for some people is the location. It’s a little out of city center or old town, but it’s a 5 minute grab ride to either. Only about 2-3 Miles. I personally didn’t care because I was a 15 minute walk from CrossFit Chiang Mai and 10 minutes to Go Gym 😄🤘 perfect for me!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, wifi was fast in rooms and breakfast was delicious. Location was not walkable but used Grab to get to locations and it was about 70bhat. Hotel offered 50bhat off two Grab rides. We stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing.

cozy family~run hotel

we stayed for three nights and overall very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the hotel. it's tucked away in a quiet street but close enough to get food and coffee from nearby stores. the restaurant in the hotel is amazing. not fine dining but the burgers and thai noodles they make are very tasty. fluffy pancakes are must try! will definitely come back. this hotel is within the central Chiang mai area so if you are going on tours, pick up and drop off is free offered by most companies.

In the middle of an industrial estate.

Staff were nice but 'hotel' is pushing it. Felt like a hostel really and very 'minimalist' decor which may suit some I guess. The important bit is that it's miles from anywhere and in an industrial area next to a motorway. I'm pretty sure there are better places to stay in Chiang Mai. I suggest you look elsewhere!

Very clean and affordable place

I was very impressed about house keepimg quailty. Breakfast was humble but good enough. Room was pretty spacious. However it is hard to get taxi at this place and also reddog drivers overcharged to come this place from city. 7/11 and self laundry place are 7 minutes away. Also the hotels.com saids transportation is 200 but it was 300.

Cute design but hard location

Toilet broke so I had to flush with filling the garbage bin with water. The design of the place is super cute unfortunately it’s in the middle of nowhere. I wanted to grab some dinner the first night the only real option was a 7/11.

This little place is absolutely lovely. From the cozy decor to the cute little cafe downstairs. Easy check in, lovely staff and light atmosphere. A definite recommendation. The onnnly slight negative is the temperamental shower temperatures, but that’s minor compared to the whole experience.

LOVED my stay!!!!

I LOVED everything about my stay here! This family driven place is just so nice! The design is great, rooms are both good looking and comfortable. The whole family that runs this place made my stay unforgettable! They are all so sweet and helpful!! And the rest of the staff aswell!! Location is about 10-15 min with bike from old town, for me that was just nice! It is close to pretty much everything! Breakfast next door at the mother of the family’s little café was great! I have nothing but good to say about this place! Stay here if you go to Chiang Mai!

It was comfortable stay in this hotel especially in the restaurant for breakfast. We felt like home. Let me recommend just one thing is it would be great if the Hotel could separate the wet area and the dry in the bathroom. This would help the room more like home.

An excellent home from home!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at The 51 Hometel. It is newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable - with an "industrial design" - in black, grey and white. Rooms have kettles, tea and coffee (very unusual in Thai hotels), the breakfasts were delicious and the staff speak English and couldn't be more helpful. The 51 Hometel is located in a Thai part of Chiang Mai close to the SuperHighway and about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre. I would certainly stay there again!
