We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our services.Regarding the issue with the dog barking noise, we understand that it was a disturbing factor for you. The hotel is located in the city area where some level of noise is unavoidable. However, we agree that the dog barking noise was louder than expected. We want to clarify that the noise was not caused by our hotel, but by our neighbor. We have a court order that limits the neighbor to let the dogs out twice a day, only for a short period of time. However, we acknowledge that the neighbor may have been violating the order.We appreciate your feedback and are taking immediate steps to address the issue. We are having a discussion with the neighbor and reinforcing the court order. We will also raise the issue to the local office of the health department. We are confident that this issue will be resolved very soon.We are pleased to hear that you found two of our staff members amazing.
